Letter of Inquiry
EHF's grant application process begins with a Letter of Inquiry (LOI). The LOI helps EHF determine whether your organization and/or project are aligned with our strategies and eligible for grant consideration.
In 2019, EHF grant cycles will be managed at the goal level with the following submission dates:Please note: LOIs and Applications are due by noon CST on the dates indicated.
Step 1: Choose a Goal/Strategy and complete the LOI form using the links below:
We strongly encourage you to submit an LOI as far in advance of your corresponding deadline as possible. We will make every attempt to respond to your LOI as soon as possible.
Please note: If you see alignment with your work across multiple goals/strategies and wish to discuss your ideas, please send an email to: email@example.com. Include a brief description of your idea and the multiple goals/strategies to which it may apply. We will send a reply and/or schedule a phone conference as appropriate within 10 working days of receipt of your email.
Step 2: Application
If your LOI is approved, you will receive an email invitation with a link to the full application. The application is due by the deadline corresponding to your selected Goal.
Because the demand for foundation support always exceeds available grant dollars, an invitation to submit a full grant application does not guarantee that funding will be awarded.
