Mental Health and Social Connection

Date: Tuesday, November 12, 2024
Time: 12:00PM – 1:15PM CT

As our heads and our hearts tell us, there is a strong connection between health and social connection. Cultivating quality social connections can help us move toward greater mental health, no matter where we are currently along the Mental Health Continuum. While many people value the social connections they have within their congregations, simply belonging to a church doesn’t provide immunity from loneliness. So how do we develop stronger social connections for ourselves and make it possible for others to develop them, too?

This is the final session of the 2024 Mental Health Learning Series. Join us for an engaging conversation!
