EHF’s Collaborating for Healthy Communities Initiative launches application for Peer Learning Network

Through an application process, EHF will identify up to six coalitions to join the initial phase to help coalitions and multi-sector efforts deepen collaboration and get practical information for improving effectiveness and advancing practices.

This fall, Episcopal Health Foundation’s Community Engagement team continued its journey to learn from collaborative leaders across Texas. After launching the Collaborating for Healthy Communities Initiative (CHCI) in August, EHF began a convening and webinar series to better understand the goals and challenges these leaders faced when overseeing collaborative efforts.

What EHF learned and heard from many leaders was that the greatest value from the experience was peer learning and getting realistic, real-time solutions to the important issues these groups face in their communities.

That’s why EHF is launching the CHCI Peer Learning Network in Spring 2022 to help coalitions and multi-sector efforts deepen collaboration and get practical information for improving effectiveness and advancing practices.

Through an application process, EHF will identify up to six coalitions to join the initial phase of the peer learning network approach. The deadline to apply is January 19, 2022.
