Request for Consultant: Community Health Leaders Convening Planner

The Episcopal Health Foundation is seeking a consultant to design, plan and implement two regional community health leaders convenings aimed at identifying key opportunities for policy change at the state, regional and county levels. Deadline to apply is April 20, 2018.

Project Scope
This project targets existing community health leaders in EHF’s 57-county service area. By hosting convenings regionally, we can target a wider group geographically, creating opportunities for connections and the potential for broader impact to change health policy. As a convener, EHF will provide a platform for top emerging community health leaders to share accomplishments or successes as well as lessons learned from their work in their communities.

Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary receptionist for EHF, and provide administrative and problem-solving support for the Foundation.
