Survey: Percentage of uninsured Texans has declined since September 2013

The percentage of uninsured adults ages 18 to 64 in Texas declined from 24.8 to 23.5 between September 2013 and March 2014, according to a report released by the Episcopal Health Foundation and Rice University's Baker Institute for Public Policy.
