Episcopal Health Foundation announces new Evaluation Officer, Learning Officer

HOUSTON - The Episcopal Health Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of Suzanne Leahy as evaluation officer and Sandra Wegmann as learning officer.

HOUSTON – The Episcopal Health Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Suzanne Leahy as evaluation officer and Sandra Wegmann as learning officer.

Suzanne comes to EHF after seven years as vice president of the OMNI Institute in Denver, Colorado. She supported the establishment and oversaw four evaluation research divisions and a field technical assistance division for the nonprofit social science agency. Previously, she worked 10 years at OMNI Institute as a researcher and director of research and evaluation.  Suzanne is responsible for evaluating the impact of the Foundation’s investments in grant-making, convening, research, and Diocesan engagement.

Since the creation of EHF, Sandra has worked in a consulting role, leading various special projects across all divisions and helping build the Foundation’s strategy. Before her work at the Foundation, she was senior manager of strategic initiatives at the Center for Houston’s Future. In her new role, Sandra is responsible for coordinating the learning function at EHF, including supporting the Foundation as a learning organization, as well as gathering lessons from the evaluation of our investments in grant-making, convening, research, and Diocesan engagement.
