EHF believes that strong, cross-sector collaborative efforts are needed to improve health at the population and community levels; identifying these efforts is one key step toward fostering improved health outcomes.
Episcopal Health Foundation’s Collaborative Registry is a database of health-focused coalitions and collaborative efforts located within the foundation’s 81-county service area. This registry serves as a resource for communities and collaboratives alike, fostering cross-sector collaboration in order to improve health outcomes at both population and community levels.
How to Use the Registry:
To find coalitions and collaborative efforts currently working with your community, filter results based on county, focus area(s), and/or health outcome(s), or search groups by name or keywords.
