Impact Drivers are how Episcopal Health Foundation drives change to address the non-medical factors that shape health in Texas. They focus where we learn, partner, invest and fund.
Each one highlights what truly influences health and well-being: strengthening care inside and outside the doctor’s office, testing new ways to pay for health, lifting community voices, supporting community health workers, connecting people to coverage and benefits, and bringing partners together to act.
Each Impact Driver connects to one or more of EHF’s three Action Areas, creating a roadmap for how we work with communities, nonprofits, congregations, and policymakers. They guide our grants, research, partnerships, and engagement to create lasting change in the systems and conditions that affect health for all Texans.
Explore each Impact Driver below to see what it means, why it matters, and how EHF and our partners are putting it into action with real examples across Texas.
