DESCRIPTION:Mental Health First Aid (Adult) | St. Luke’s Episcopal Church\, Livingston\nHosted by St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Livingston in partnership with the Polk County Probation Office \n \nREGISTER HERE! \nAdult Mental Health First Aid at St. Luke’s\, Livingston \nPlease join St. Luke’s Episcopal Church\, Livingston for an 8-hour Mental Health First Aid training course partnered with the Polk County Probation Office. \n Date:  Saturday\, June 12\, 2021\n Time:  8:30AM – 5:00PM CDT \nMental Health First Aid Teaches: \n* Risk factors and warning signs of mental health concerns\n* Information on depression\, anxiety\, trauma\, psychosis\, and substance abuse\n* A 5-step action plan to help someone developing a mental health concern or in crisis\n* Available evidence-based professional\, peer\, and self-help resources \nWho takes the course?: Mental Health First Aid is intended for all people and organizations that make up the fabric of a community.
