In an appearance on ABC 13′s Viva Houston!, Elena Marks talks about new EHF research showing that while the uninsured rate of Hispanic Texans has dropped 30% since the Affordable Care Act took effect, almost one-third of Hispanics still don’t have health insurance in Texas.

EHF research shows 330,000 low-income Hispanic Texans fall into the health insurance coverage gap because Texas opted not to expand Medicaid under the Affordable Care Act.
