EHF is expanding the Congregational Engagement team by adding a Health and Equity Program Specialist. We’re seeking someone who is passionate and energetic about community and social change and the role that congregations can play to advance community health and equity.

This position is an opportunity to work with Episcopal congregations and other community organizations to support their efforts in poverty reduction, racial reconciliation, nutrition and food security. The job will alsCE-Team-THUMB.gifo focus on civic engagement on pro-health policies, mental health, early childhood and youth programs.

The candidate should have a strong track record of success in program management, community engagement, community development, health equity, organizing or related fields. The candidate will use that experience to help congregations play a meaningful and impactful role in their communities.                                 

EHF also has current openings in other divisions. We’re currently looking for a Capacity Building Officer and a Foundation Fellow. The Capacity Building Officer is a newly-created position to connect grantees with opportunities to enhance their organizations operations and skills that would improve their impact in the communities in which they work.  The Foundation Fellow supports EHF’s President by conducting research and data analysis, preparing reports and presentations, and various other tasks as they arise to support the President.
