Apply for a Grant

Thanks for your interest in applying for a grant through the Episcopal Health Foundation.

In 2017, we have made several significant changes to our grant application process. EHF is now clustering grant application reviews based upon EHF strategies, using a Letter of Inquiry (LOI) process and a revised grant application, and providing additional information about our priorities for funding in 2017.

Before You Apply

Complete a Letter of Inquiry (LOI) form

Beginning in 2017, all grant applicants must complete a short Letter of Inquiry (LOI) form to submit to us. The LOI will help us determine whether your organization and/or project are aligned with our strategies and eligible for consideration. Approved applicants will receive an invitation to complete a full grant application.

Click here for the Letter of Inquiry (LOI) form
Follow the accompanying instructions on how to submit your LOI form to EHF.

  • EHF staff will review the LOI. We will make every attempt to respond to your LOI as soon as possible, but no later than four weeks after submission.
  • If approved, you will receive an invitation to complete a full application. Invitations to apply will be emailed and will contain a link to the online EHF grant application.
  • The LOI submission deadlines are listed below and will be enforced. We strongly encourage you to submit an LOI as far in advance of your corresponding deadline as possible.
